Telecommunication and ICT regulation and policies on The Law in Focus
By popular request The Law in Focus will be rebroadcasting a series of programs on telecommunication and ICT in the Netherlands Antilles with focus on country Sint Maarten. Various requests reached our desk in light of the issues surrounding Scarlet N.V., which was the topic of discussion in the last Island Council meeting.
In keeping with our objectives to inform our viewers and listeners as much as possible on legal matters, rules, regulations and policies, starting Thursday August 6th The Law in Focus will be bringing the conversation with our local telecom expert attorney Peggy Ann Brandon once more. Since ICT education should start with the youth as young as Kindergarden age, a bonus for our youth will be included, involving some youths.
